🔄 Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
- Sale items, accessories, and gift cards are non-returnable unless defective.

- Our team will guide you through the return process and provide a shipping address.
- Pack the item securely and ship it back using a trackable courier.
💸 Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
- Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or provider.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.
🔁 Exchanges
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
- If you need a different size or style, please return the item and place a new order.
❗ Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
